Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a data center construction project in El Paso. This role will assist PMs with daily project execution, documentation, and coordination across teams.
• Support RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Assist with procurement tracking and scheduling coordination
• Work closely with PMs, construction managers, and field teams
• Help manage reporting and communication with internal teams
Support overall execution of a high-paced construction project

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-4 years of project experience (APM, Field Engineer, Coordinator)
• Exposure to construction, utility, or electrical projects
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and scheduling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Data center or utility project exposure
• Field engineering or construction coordination experience
Electrical or high voltage project exposure
