Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Developer to support a new Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation scheduled to go live in June 2026. This role requires deep expertise in Workday HCM configuration, development, and testing. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building scalable solutions, supporting implementation activities, and ensuring the system meets business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with implementation teams to design, configure, and develop Workday HCM modules.
Build and maintain integrations, reports, and business processes within Workday.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM functionality and integrations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Document technical specifications, configuration details, and testing outcomes.
Provide post-go-live support and enhancements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Workday HCM Developer, including full-cycle implementations.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Report Writer.
Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies within Workday.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Workday certification in HCM or related modules.
Experience with Workday Security and Business Process Framework.
