Insight Global is seeking a Traffic Coordinator for a top advertising client. This individual will serve as the central hub for coordinating advertising projects across marketing, sales, and creative teams. They will oversee the workflow of campaigns from start to finish, ensuring ads are properly tailored, placed, and tracked across various media channels. This role involves scheduling, vendor coordination, data analysis, and maintaining consistent communication across departments. Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience in traffic coordination or similar advertising/marketing workflow roles
Experience working across marketing, advertising, development, and sales teams
Ability to manage ad placement across multiple media channels
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience processing invoices, entering logs, managing shipments, and tracking workflows
Ability to analyze campaign performance and reconcile data
Strong communication skills for cross‑department interactions
Ability to lead and direct the work of others; reports to Director
Proficiency in HTML for web ad placement (as required in many scenarios)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Advanced degree or relevant certifications
Experience in large‑scale advertising organizations
Experience with statistical analysis tools or advertising analytics platforms
Prior experience coordinating between creative and sales departments
