Job Description
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (about 20 reqs)
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines
• Source candidates via job boards, social, networking, and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Write and post job descriptions
• Track candidates and activity in the ATS
• Support offer process, background checks, and onboarding handoff
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Maintain a strong candidate experience and represent the employer brand
KPIs: fill within 40 days or less

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting within telecom, cable, fiber, or broadband environments
• Strong sourcing skills (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach)
• Ability to manage multiple reqs in a fast-paced environment (20 reqs)
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools
• Understanding of recruiting for roles across:
○ Field operations / construction
○ Fiber Engineering
○ Project management
○ Service delivery / support for Fiber
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience supporting fiber build / network deployment environments
Advanced knowledge of recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)
