Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and collaborative digital communications practitioner to lead the design and implementation of a new internal communications platform for Brinker. This person will focus on creating an intuitive and engaging user experience and implement a governance process to ensure content is current and relevant.
As the Sr. Manager, Corporate Communications, this role will elevate the Team Member experience through clear, timely, and engaging storytelling. The role will serve as the editor and publisher of content to the platform and support the development of live meeting content, partnering closely with the communications team on content, story mining for human-interest and evergreen features, and supporting video production as needed.
Your Key Job Functions
Internal Portal Design & User Experience: Own the design, implementation, and ongoing sustainment of Brinker’s new internal digital communications portal
Content Strategy & Publishing
Partner with communications leads to curate, review, and publish content that is clear, accurate, accessible, and brand-right, as well as serve as a leader in content development for live meetings.
Governance & Standards
Develop and uphold platform content guidelines, tone, tagging, and taxonomy standards for consistency and searchability.
Channel Ownership
Own day-to-day management and long-term strategy for the portal as our primary internal communications platform.
Editorial Planning
Build and manage a cross-functional editorial calendar that aligns with business priorities, campaigns, and seasonal needs across all brands and audiences.
Insights, Analytics, and Optimization
Monitor engagement metrics and user behavior to make data-driven decisions that improve content performance and platform usability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the go-to partner for HR, IT, Operations, and other functions needing to communicate effectively through the platform
Platform Evolution
Partner closely with IT and vendor partners to recommend and implement platform improvements, ensuring the platform continues to meet the needs of a growing and distributed workforce.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years in internal corporate communications, corporate communications platform management, digital content strategy, or editorial planning
Strong experience managing content across web or comms platforms (Workvivo, SharePoint, or similar preferred)
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Clear, concise writing and editing abilities
Data-savvy with comfort using metrics to drive decisions
Collaborative mindset with the ability to positively influence cross-functional teams
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience supporting frontline or dispersed workforce
A background in UX writing or digital publishing
People leadership experience
