Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead critical initiatives for a large Healthcare Non-Profit within the Dallas, TX metroplex. This role will oversee multiple high-impact projects, including incentive compensation implementation, living guidelines systems, and grant management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ERP experience, and the ability to manage complex interdependencies across business and technology teams.
Responsibilities Include:
Project Leadership: Drive and manage large-scale projects from planning through execution and transition to operations.
Incentive Compensation: Support implementation of a newly selected incentive compensation tool starting November.
Living Guidelines: Oversee implementation of Adobe Workfront, RWS Tridion Docs, and Out systems frontend (Systems C).
Grant Management: Manage Cayuse system implementation for grant management.
Vendor Management: Facilitate SOWs, RFPs, and manage vendor relationships.
Budget & Forecasting: Develop and maintain WBS, budgets, ROI analysis, and burndown charts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure executive presence and effective communication with business, IT, and vendors.
Change Management: Drive decisions, challenge assumptions, and lead training initiatives.
Documentation: Create presentations and project documentation quickly and accurately.
Agile Practices: Apply Agile methodology and adapt to evolving tools (PPM Pro, Jira, Azure DevOps).

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of project management experience.
Expertise in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and budgeting (forecasting/reforecasting).
Proven leadership in project and/or people management.
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage transitions into support and operations.
Experience with various Project Management tools (Needing to come from a Technology Agnostic Environment)
Experience working in an Agile Environment
Change Management experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ERP project management experience (Workday or similar).
