Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Manager to join their client in the data center industry to work hybrid onsite at their downtown Dallas office 2-3 days a week. This resource will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of data integrations, data structure, dependency details, and technical support of IT systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of CMDB data, support IT operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
