Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join one of our most prominent Invest Management clients and sit remote to start, then eventually in Dallas, TX 5 days/week onsite. This person will be joining the Client Workflow & Reference Data team within Asset Management Engineering to join the Goldman Sachs Asset Management engineering and will lead the architecture, design, and ongoing support of key client onboarding and workflow platforms used by global asset management clients. They will oversee critical systems, manage a team of engineers, and serve as the primary SME for client workflow and reference data platforms. This role works closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and cross functional engineering groups to drive platform enhancements, optimize workflow automation, and ensure data governance across client onboarding processes. The Lead Engineer will guide technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and ensure delivery of high quality technical solutions in a fast paced, global environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in an engineering capacity
• 5+ years of hands on experience with workflow solutions (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, or similar)
• 4+ years in a system architecture role (tool selection, solution design, performance optimization, risk mitigation)
• Proficiency in SQL (any major dialect)
• Experience delivering technical solutions for global stakeholders and managing/mentoring junior developers
• End to end SDLC experience (inception → analysis → design → review → testing → deployment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in asset management or financial services
• Background in reference data management or data governance
• Experience collaborating directly with product managers or business teams on feature development
• Demonstrated ability to operate in fast moving, resource constrained environments
