Job Description

Insight Global's client in the Data Center industry is looking for a team of Tier 1 Service Desk Specialists to join their team to assist with an inflex of tickets during an upcoming rollout. This is a fully onsite position in Downtown Dallas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Phone support
-Password resets
-General end users support
-Software installs
-VDI assistance

-2+ years of service desk phone support experience
-Experience supporting mobile phones
-Experience with MDM
-Laptop support background
-Experience setting up Conditional access
-Azure experience - Azure admin portal
-Active Directory
-Good communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Intune experience
-Lenovo support
-VDI experience
