Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Senior Systems Specialist for a construction engineering company in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the programming of central plants and complex systems with Distech as well as developing a comprehensive library of standard programs. This role requires a deep understanding of control system logic and HVAC principles, as well as strong proficiency in Distech programming. The successful applicant will collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration and optimization of building management systems. This person will be an integral part of the system and a leader in their field.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years' experience in Building Automation Systems controls

- 5+ years' experience relevant programming experience, Distech programming specifically

- Familiarity with other Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls such as Siemens, ALC (automated logic controls) or Tridium Niagara

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- 10+ years' experience programming experience

- Distech certification

- Tridium Advance Niagara Certification

- Undergraduate degree in IT or Computer Systems or equivalent experience
