Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to lead testing efforts for the BVOIP 911 project. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of mission-critical emergency communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute manual testing for complex workflows and integrations.
• Design and implement unit, integration, and performance testing strategies.
• Utilize JMeter for load and performance testing.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the lifecycle.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and enforce best practices in testing.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years experience in QA Engineering
• Experience in a lead or mentorship role
• Extensive experience in manual testing for enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong proficiency in JMeter and Jenkins for automation and performance testing.
• Deep understanding of unit, integration, and performance testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead QA efforts in large-scale projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in telecom or emergency services projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
