Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of data solutions across international markets for a leading quick service restaurant brand. In this role will define product strategy, manage cross-functional initiatives, and drive global standardization and scalability. In order to be successful in this role, you must have a background in retail or restaurant technology with an emphasis on POS.
Other responsibilities:
-Define and execute product vision and roadmap in collaboration with regional and cross-functional stakeholders
-Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, focusing on user experience and market competitiveness
-Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, infrastructure, security, and analytics.
-Manage third-party technology vendors and oversee system integrations to ensure consistency and data accessibility
-Develop success metrics and business cases to support product initiatives and innovation projects
-Support new market entries and special projects

-5+ Years experience as a Product Manager
-Recent experience with physical in-store technology for retail or restaurant chain
-Ecommerce/ digital experience
-Experience leading a product from ideation to go-to-market
-Experience with API integrations
