Senior AP Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to join a leading client in a short term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities Include:
• Lead the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution.
• Oversee daily invoice processing and manage weekly payment runs.
• Supervise and develop two direct reports within the AP team.
• Collaborate closely with Treasury and Procurement to resolve discrepancies and enhance process efficiency.
• Utilize Oracle to support AP operations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system utilization.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Communicate effectively across teams, delivering insights and updates with clarity.

• Over 6 years of management experience, ideally with 3+ years in Senior Management roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable (AP), with the ability to lead and run the AP function independently.
• Proven track record managing teams within large corporate environments, overseeing a substantial workforce.
• Experience in people management, not just process oversight.
• Willingness and ability to work 40–50 hours per week.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems, including payroll, expense management, and pay tile/hub functionalities.
