o Profee Medical Coding experience, preferably within Evaluation and Management coding Office E/M
o Know the difference in different modifiers
o Know how to bill off of hours and understands how to review time of a chart
o High School Diploma
o CPC or CCS Certification
o Surgical coding experience (open to taking someone new to this space or an apprentice)
