Job Description
*Salary: 60k + 10% bonus*
My client is looking for a Real Estate Associate Disposition Manager to join their team in the Dallas area. This individual will be responsible for being the main point of contact for real estate agents and their clients looking to purchase the newly renovated properties. They will look at the list of homes the company owns daily, figure out what needs to happen (changing price, updating listing, following up on buyers, etc.), then when the house is ready to sell (renovation is done) they will help get it listed online and work with agents to launce the sale. It is important that this individual is personable, professional and well spoken, as they will be communicating buyers directly.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in residential real estate transactions, dispositions, investments or sales
- Ability to use CRM software to manage client interactions
