Job Description
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle including kickoff, writing coordination, reviews, and submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical SMEs, sales, pricing, and legal.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements and align with company branding.
• Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal automation platforms (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio).

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end proposal management.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and commercial procurement processes.
• Background in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience applying Shipley methodology.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in technical writing.
• Experience supporting public safety or civilian agencies.
• Familiarity with telecom infrastructure technologies such as 5G and LMR.
