My client is seeking a skilled Residential Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Dallas area. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential construction renovations and operations in the market for the residential home flipping business which operates at high volume. Some of the daily responsibilities include providing renovation estimates to the acquisition team for potential homes for them to by, driving the existing renovation, providing daily logs on on-going renovations, prepping renovations that are later in the life cycle to be listed (quality control) and taking care of potential repairs for escrows when they go to sell. It is important this person is personable, professional and great with working with others, as they will be collaborating with multiple teams within the organization

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the investment real estate industry
- long standing investment real estate/Fix & flip experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects of varying size/complexity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
