Job Description
Working independently, simultaneously manage multiple Capital and Expense type Projects in the $100K - $5MM range from conception to completion. Works on projects to improve plant profitability, safety, and reliability and provides plant support for the continued reliable operation of existing and new equipment. Acting as development and support resource for less experienced Project Managers.
• Responsible for managing a large portfolio of complex, high-impact projects across pipeline, facility, and plant operations.
• Defines project scope, objectives, and ROI; prepares charters and funding estimates.
• Leads cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Oversees design, procurement, and construction activities, including vendor selection and contract management.
• Tracks budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, and ensures proper documentation and closeout procedures.
• Acts as a mentor and liaison with external agencies, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team
• Will not have any direct reports. Managing individuals on project.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years in Project Management experience
- 3 years of industry experience in petrochemical, midstream or refining industry
- Experience across a broad range of project types including pipeline and terminal mechanical, piping, electrical, integrity, rotating equipment
- Proficient in leading teams & communication, project scoping, scheduling, financial accounting and forecasting, documentation control, etc. (ideally wanting more of a technical PM)
- Proficient within Microsoft office, excel and SAP
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Midstream and Liquids experience
• Lease/producer well connection experience
• Pipeline integrity or electrical project experience
