AT&T is seeking a highly organized and self-led Program or Product Manager to oversee the Network organization Security Key rollout. This role involves intense individual contributor work, engaging with working teams, leading trainings, and coordinating with stakeholders and partners across the business. The rollout is self-contained for a very specific group within the population, focusing on network administrators who need a special kind of security key.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Network organization Security Key rollout.
Procure and distribute special 5-Series Yubikeys for network administrators.
Lead trainings and ensure proper usage of Security Keys for the right kinds of access.
Coordinate with stakeholders and partners across the business.
Ensure every network admin receives the correct Security Key.
Handle procurement and purchase of additional keys as needed.
Engage with stakeholders across approximately 2800 locations within this pod.
Conduct data analysis to track key distribution and usage.
Extract financial information from vendors to ensure the correct keys are purchased.
Ensure the rollout is completed successfully, with keys in the hands of all necessary users.

5-7 years experience in Program/ Product Management
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Background in technology, MFA rollout, new technology rollout, or hardware rollouts
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Persistence and organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly.
Experience with data analysis and financial tracking
Experience working with external vendors or stakeholders
Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
