Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader to spearhead the development of a future-ready change management framework. This role is critical to shaping how IT-driven changes are communicated, adopted, and sustained across the organization. The successful candidate will create a roadmap, SOPs, and a scalable digital content library that empowers employees at all levels to navigate change confidently.
This is a 90-day contract with the potential for extension based on the value demonstrated to executive leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

Change Management Expertise

Proven experience designing and implementing OCM strategies


SOP Development

Ability to create scalable, repeatable procedures for change


SharePoint Architecture

Experience building content libraries and managing permissions


Content Strategy

Skilled in organizing and curating digital content for diverse audiences


Video Enablement

Familiarity with instructional design and self-help video creation


Executive Communication

Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills


Project Management

Ability to deliver high-impact work within tight timelines


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Comfortable working across IT, HR, Communications, and Operations
