Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join a leading restaurant client. The Operations Coordinator partners with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage digital onboarding processes, task dependencies, and data integrity in platforms used to support opening execution (e.g., project management and workflow tools). They will support field readiness indirectly by monitoring task statuses related to hardware installations, system activations, and onboarding dependencies, escalating risks or delays to appropriate owners to ensure launch alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

-2+ Years experience supporting complex projects
-Consumer industry experience- retail or restaurant is preferred
-Experience with project tracking tools like QuickBase, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar
-Proficient in Excel (formulas, filters, VLOOKUPs, formatting)
-Familiarity with POS ecosystems and restaurant system activations
