Job Description
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Entry-Level Logistics Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting daily logistics operations, ensuring shipment visibility, managing costs, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the grit to work through complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage high-volume email communications related to shipments, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Track and investigate shipment statuses, proactively identifying delays and resolving issues
- Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Build and present business cases to support operational improvements and strategic decisions
- Process and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts and services rendered
- Support cost management initiatives, including vendor negotiations and rate analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, procurement, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve logistics challenges with a solutions-oriented approach

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to comb through large data sets
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated grit, resilience, and a proactive attitude in tackling challenges
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools is preferred
