Job Description

An employer is looking for a Loan Software Analyst in Dallas, TX. Your primarily responsibility will be to provide customer support for the clients mortgage/ loan processing software products. Typically your customers will be mortgage brokers. You will handle loan processing related questions associated with the software and its functionality. You will instruct them on how to use the software and how to navigate its process/ workflows. You will take requests from the queue and work with customers via email and phone. You will document all communications in the internal system for future reference and escalate any advanced issues to the senior team.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years experience in mortgage/ loan processing, servicing or originations
Call center/ customer service experience
Preferred knowledge of front end from loan origination to closing
MS Office and basic computer skills
Strong Excel skills
Experience working with some type of loan origination software (Encompass, PATH, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Technical support experience
Call center experience for Fannie Mae, Citibank or similar institutions
Experience with Point software
