Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Legal Assistant or Paralegal to support one of our clients in North Dallas (Galleria area). The position will assist attorneys located in both the Dallas and Midland offices handling, reviewing, processing and following-up on a variety of contract documents, answering client calls, scheduling meetings, mailings, as well as collaborating with clients and attorneys, maintaining legal files and updating legal resources. The regular workday will include a variety of matters from redlining and proofing contracts, court or state office filings, legal secretarial work, time entry/billing, and paralegal type duties

Required Skills & Experience

Redlining experience
Experience proofing, reviewing, and drafting client correspondence
Experience with file maintenance, scanning and keeping electronic/paperless files up to date and be well organized.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate would have an American Bar Association approved paralegal certificate (or have same in progress and be able to obtain this within 6 months)
