Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Digital Marketing Product Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and eCommerce. This role will drive product-focused decision-making, optimize customer experiences, and bridge the gap between business, analytics, and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings a blend of digital marketing knowledge, eCommerce expertise, and strong performance reporting skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Own and manage the lifecycle of digital marketing and analytics products, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the analytics team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.
Lead performance forecasting and executive-level reporting by consolidating key data inputs from cross-functional teams.
Analyze AT&T eCommerce order data to identify fraud risks, improve the customer journey, and support retention through informed product enhancements.
Track and support key strategic initiatives, including national product and offer launches, by ensuring marketing tools, analytics, and processes are properly aligned.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Digital Product Management; familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.
Strong background in eCommerce operations, with a clear understanding of order flow, risk mitigation, and customer engagement strategies.
Proficient in Power BI (required) and/or Tableau for performance reporting and analytics.
Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to transform insights into customer-centric product strategies and marketing optimizations.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
A highly proactive and investigative mindsetcomfortable working independently to solve complex problems and uncover hidden insights.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in fraud analysis or risk mitigation within an eCommerce or telecommunications environment.
Background in managing digital product launches or cross-functional go-to-market strategies.
Familiarity with stakeholder engagement at the Director or VP level, especially in enterprise or matrixed organizations.
