Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an L1 Network Installer to join one of our leading retail clients in Coppell, TX. This individual will support network and data center installation projects, including rack and stack activities, structured cabling, hardware deployments, and low-voltage infrastructure work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing hands-on physical work, navigating construction and warehouse environments, and supporting large-scale infrastructure installations. This is a fully onsite position in Coppell, TX with some weekend work required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience with network installations, cabling, or data center work
• Experience with rack and stack, cable installation, and hardware deployments
• Ability to work with network equipment, patch panels, and cabling infrastructure
• Comfortable performing physical work, lifting equipment, and working in data center environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow installation standards

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in retail or warehouse environments
• Fiber cabling experience
• Experience with data center builds or infrastructure deployments
