Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Infrastructure Technician to support a large Airline client in Dallas. This position is focused on maintaining and optimizing infrastructure across more than 100 rooms in 4 major buildings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cable management, low voltage power systems (especially UPS), and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cable management and structured cabling across data center and campus environments
• Install and maintain low voltage power systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units
• Support infrastructure projects including installation of routers, switches, and other network hardware
• Respond to incidents and work orders managed through ServiceNow
• Potential use of Jira for sprint and Kanban tracking
• Walk the campus to support infrastructure rooms and ensure uptime
• Participate in planned maintenance windows, including overnight work (11 PM–4 AM) on an as-needed basis
• Collaborate with HQ personnel and maintain strong communication across teams
• Manage time effectively and work with minimal oversight

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Cable management and Low voltage power systems (UPS)
• ServiceNow ticketing system experience
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday
Willingness to support overnight maintenance windows when scheduled

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior experience working within the airline industry
• Familiarity with Jira (Sprint/Kanban processes)
