Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing high-volume, repetitive data entry tasks in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in updating sensitive information such as Social Security numbers and legal names. You’ll play a key role in supporting team members and maintaining data integrity across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
-Enter and update data in Oracle, including SSNs, legal names, and other employee information.
-Process a high volume of requests received primarily via email; occasional phone calls may be required to confirm or assist with requests.
-Communicate with restaurant locations as needed to verify details or provide support.
-Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive information related to pay and personal data.
-Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
-Experience in a high volume and fast paced enviornment

-Experience using Oracle systems.
-Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency.
