Job Description

The HR Coordinator supports employee record management, HRIS transactions, and onboarding, recruiting and benefits administration.
The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, generalized HR knowledge (labor laws, HR policies, and procedures), and be able to effectively support the below:
o Drug test ordering and supplies sent to facilities
o Compliance poster ordering and sent to facilities
o Validation of onboarding compliance activities for benefits administration
o Confirm Wage Theft Prevention acknowledgment in Workday
o DOT employment verifications
o Worker’s compensation reporting
o Occupational Employment Wage and Statistics reporting

Required Skills & Experience

Associates degree or higher in business or related field required.
1-3 years of relevant HR administrative experience Support employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, records, reporting).
Technical proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Leave of Absence experience
Workday experience
