Full Stack Java Developer - Dallas

Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join one of our largest financial service clients and sit in Dallas, Texas. This candidate will be joining the Data Engineering team focusing on their data platform, Legend. This candidate will be working with multiple different products and also be responsible for running the platform while the team takes on new build projects. To be successful in this position, this candidate should come from a strong development background, be excellent with Java and specifically with object oriented program and design, and have experience with UI, specifically React framework. The team is going onsite 5x a week in Dallas.

- 5+ years of java development experience

- Experience working with front end technologies within React framework

- Strong object oriented programming and design experience

- Excellent SQL experience with strong database experience

- Bachelors or Master degree in a computational field (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or in a related quantitative discipline)

- Financial Services industry experience

- Experience data modeling

- Experience working with AWS
