Job Description

The Field Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment providing a range of installations, training, quality control, and technical support for new store upgrades, rollouts, and service in support of multiple big box retail clients. The Field Service Supervisor will serve as a key interface with clients in their assigned region and will be expected to exercise strong judgment, resolve issues at the lowest level, and escalate as needed to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related technical or business field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience across multiple low-voltage skill sets (Voice & Data, CCTV, Security, Fire, Burg, and/or Cabling).
• Proven experience directing large-scale jobs, managing projects, and coordinating field engineering activities.
• Demonstrated market understanding development techniques.
• Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., BICSI, low-voltage, security systems) preferred and must be maintained.
