Job Description

• Assists in the design and development and testing of software applications
• Resolves day-to-day incidents to assure the integrity of the services being provided
• Consume, transform and update data between two or more systems using integration software
• Consults with business partners to create documentation relating to the program definition, development, business requirements. •Documentation includes software objectives, deliverables, and end user specifications
• Writes, translates, and codes software scripts, programs and applications according to specifications and end user requirement
• Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement. Support in the smooth maintenance of the system 2 and provide data to the end users in a timely manner
• Prepares and writes reports for management and/or team members on the status of assignments
• Trains end users to operate new or modified programs
• Conducts research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of development efforts
• Works with external vendors to assure efficient implementation of software products or systems
• Keeps abreast of new and changing technological advances in program languages, utilities, tools, and client/server technology to assure achievement of ETL/Development of reports, so users can make proper decisions
• Follow the IT procedures and naming conventions guidance. Also provide proper documentation as required by IT standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–10 years of experience in application development, with hands‑on work across one or more ERP platforms
§ Open to candidates with experience in any ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
§ Relevant experience may include building, enhancing, or supporting ERP‑based applications, integrations, or custom modules
§ The key requirement is strong application development experience within an ERP environment, regardless of functional domain
• Strong REST API experience
§ Hands‑on experience consuming APIs, creating payloads, and building REST integrations from the ground up
§ Experience developing integrations across multiple systems, including working with APIs, flat files, and file encryption
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field — or equivalent relevant professional experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience within Source‑to‑Pay or financial ERP systems such as:
§ Oracle Fusion (Oracle ERP / Oracle SCM Modules)
§ Coupa
§ Oracle OIC
§ Oracle EBS (Financials & Procurement Modules)
• Strong PL/SQL skills
○ Prior experience building integrations between systems
○ Focus is on integration development
• ERP / Supply Chain experience
