Insight Global is hiring a DevOps Engineer for our Fortune 100 Investment Banking client. You will be working on a substantial effort to modernize their payments platform from on-prem to scalable services designed natively for operating in the public cloud. You will be working to automate software delivery pipelines and release management. You will be a part of building developer friendly infrastructure and tooling. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of modern, cloud-oriented software development and the processes, tools, and infrastructure needed to enable CI/CD. This role requires work onsite at our clients downtown Dallas location.

3-5 years of software engineering experience, utilizing Java and Python
Proficiency working in large codebases using Git
Proficiency with Linux environments
Proficiency with Bash or Python scripting and automation
Experience utilizing Terraform, Ansible, or similar for configuration management
Experience working with relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra)
Experience working in a public cloud environment (AWS and GCP preferred)
Experience working in an Agile/Lean methodology
Experience operating with a Dev-Sec-Ops mindset
