Job Description

Review and manage drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Oversee the permitting and zoning processes to ensure timely approvals.
Manage and administer construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and school district officials, to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly and effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years experience in planning and design management related services, reviews, and coordination with increasing job responsibilities
Previous on-the-job experience managing all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction administration
Strong knowledge of permitting, zoning, construction management, and administration processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Past experience with Texas ISD Bond projects preferred but not required.
Professional certifications in project management or related fields preferred but not required.
