Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a CRO Specialist to support a major eCommerce client in optimizing their digital sales performance. In this role, youll analyze customer journey data to identify drop-off points and inefficiencies, then translate those insights into strategies that drive conversion improvements. Youll collaborate cross-functionally to design tests, analyze results, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance user experience and increase conversion rates across the funnel.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and digital analytics
3+ years of experience driving growth metrics in ecommerce
2+ Years of experience with experimentation platforms and analytical tools (Google Analytics, ABTasty, or ContentSquare)
Experience with user research and UX/UI best practices
Experience with data models in an eCommerce setting (funnels, heatmaps, cohorts)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in within payments at an ecommerce industry working in an international / global environment
Ability to collaborate within multi-cultural teams
Project Management experience (organizing multiple activities at once)
College Degree in Marketing, Data Management & Analytics, Economics, UX/UI etc.)
