Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join the team at a large semiconductor client's new location in Farmers Branch, TX. This role is responsible for the execution of the construction projects throughout the facility and a liaison to the facilities team. The Construction Manager must be ready to take on unique challenges daily, with the responsibility of keeping a project on schedule and on budget. Acts as the Company's representative when dealing with vendors, subcontractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required
4+ years as a Senior Construction Manager or 10+ years of construction experience
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Ability to interpret engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings and contracts
Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices
Knowledge of project controls, Conflict management and problem-solving skills and Leadership ability

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field is preferred
Professional certification, such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager), AC (Associate Constructor), or CPC (Certified Professional Constructor)
Semi-Conductor experience preferred
OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred
