Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Claims Manager to join their client's team. This role involves leading team performance and development while ensuring compliance with Workers’ Compensation laws and company policies. It includes managing staffing, workflow, and claim practices, especially high-dollar settlements, and driving operational efficiency through process and system improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of recent supervisory or management experience
• Previous Exposure to client facing presentations and competency with handling client relations
• 2-3 years of Worker's Compensation claims handling experience
○ Experience in TX, OK and AR
Candidates without jurisdictional experience may be considered if they demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn quickly
