Job Description

This role is focused on concepting, creating and overseeing the production for perception-changing brand campaigns. It will blend strategic, conceptual thinking with hands-on execution. Additionally responsible for a range of ongoing brand work and marketing communications, both internal- and external-facing. Reporting into the Executive Creative Director-Brand Marketing, they also collaborate directly with department leads, marketing managers and senior company executives to enhance this companys impact and amplify its messages.

Required Skills & Experience

· A portfolio of previous work demonstrating both self-produced and directed graphic design and production skills, particularly in multichannel campaign work. Agency experience with multiple clients and campaigns is essential. Familiarity with large-scale live events is ideal.
· Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; also Figma, and familiarity with trends in motion graphics and video editing direction.
· Solid ability designing in PowerPoint, with functional ability in Word and Excel
· Fluency with brand social media best practices and content creation
· Proficient knowledge of core Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook and Teams; and project management tool Monday.com
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on details and accuracy.
· Proficiency in both conceptual and production design
· Impeccable taste and an eye for branded design, layout and typography.
Capable of troubleshooting and resolving design challenges.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
