Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking hands-on Developers and a Senior Developer to join an IT team supporting internal systems and modernization initiatives. You will build small applications, integrate APIs, and customize commercial off-the-shelf software to streamline warehouse and manufacturing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications that support warehouse management, kitting, and outbound shipment processes.
Customize and integrate commercial software packages (e.g., WMS, payroll, project management tools).
Build API integrations for shipping and logistics systems (FedEx, UPS).
Support reporting needs using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and assist in transitioning to Power BI.
Work with MS Stack (.NET, C#, SQL) and Azure functions for modernization projects.
Collaborate with technicians and operations teams to ensure workflow automation and accuracy.
For Sr. Developer: Mentor junior developers, provide architectural guidance, and ensure sustainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory; equivalent experience considered).
Experience:
- Sr. Developer: 5+ years with leadership or mentoring experience.
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and SQL (stored procedures, data analysis).
- Experience with API integration, commercial software customization, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Azure, Power BI, and warehouse/manufacturing systems.
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Understanding of logistics, reverse logistics, and manufacturing workflows.
- Exposure to cloud and SaaS environments.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
