Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to support technology and infrastructure initiatives within a local government environment. This is an opportunity supporting high‑visibility projects across multiple departments. Day to day, this role supports Project Managers by coordinating meetings, taking notes, tracking action items, updating timelines, and helping maintain overall project status across multiple initiatives. The Project Coordinator will also support the buildout and ongoing enhancement of OpenGov applications, including permitting and licensing systems, capital budget tools, and project management platforms. This includes assisting with coordination around requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and go‑live activities, while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders. This role does not own budgets or strategy, but plays a key part in execution by keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward.

• Minimum 3 years of project coordination or related experience
• Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Exposure to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) projects
Familiarity with software, infrastructure, or ERP projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience supporting local government or public‑sector projects (permitting, licensing, capital projects)
- Familiarity with OpenGov or similar ERP / civic technology platforms
- Comfort working with vendors and third‑party implementation teams during software rollouts
