Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manager of Corporate Talent Selection on behalf of one of the worlds leading casual dining restaurant companies. This person will be responsible for developing and owning the recruiting strategy for a wide variety of corporate skillsets. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and ensure a positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. The ideal candidate has had experience with end-to-end recruiting on a variety of skillsets and experience with process improvement for recruiting strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience managing a variety of corporate skillsets (Accounting, Finance, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain and Legal) from job posting to onboarding
-2+ years of leadership experience
-Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, compensation team members, etc - must be able to partner and develop relationships with all levels of stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Recruiting experience in retail or restaurant industries (fast pace environments)
-Experience developing recruiting strategies & talent process improvement plans
