Job Description

The person in this position is a licensed Medical Technologist (MT) who supervises and oversees all technologists within the cytogenetics department, maintaining acceptable TAT, troubleshoots problems, dealing with clients, etc. The person in this position must have the advanced skills necessary to perform all the duties of a Flow Cytometry Technologist III Lead. The shift is M-F 6am-2:30pm.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree
National certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
Over one year supervisory experience
Over six years of prior Laboratory experience
Must have proven track record in establishing and maintaining positive and productive physician, employee and client relationships
