Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an entry level IT Support Technician for a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. The primary responsibility will be to image 600 computers/devices over the contract period. The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience configuring and repairing devices for end users
- Troubleshooting computer systems
- Software and hardware configuring in
Windows/Linux systems
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Active Directory
