Job Description

3-5+ years working as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in an Accounting function
Must be organized and extremely detail oriented
Experience with accounting software/ERPs such as Sage (Intact), Netsuite, QBD/QBO, CDK, Microsoft GP, etc.
Previous or current Accounting experience
Excellent communication skills and professionalism to interact with clients

In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Providing quality functional support to company's clients.
-Analyzing and documenting customer requests.
-Providing quick and effective solutions to meet their needs, resolve difficulties encountered, and follow up on their resolution until the end.
-Cooperating with internal teams (Sales, Project, R&D, IT) to respond to customer requests and ensure that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
-Assisting clients in using and configuring the software's functional settings.
-Contributing to the continuous improvement of the solution by providing feedback and suggestions from clients.
-Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and reference-ability for all assigned accounts.
-Sharing knowledge with your team through strategic and operational planning sessions at regularly scheduled onsite meetings.
-Utilizing a deep understanding of each customers environment to identify customer needs and implement solutions that will accelerate their success.
