Responsibilities:
• Serve as designated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), ensuring full compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules (including 22 TAC §291) and federal regulations.
• Oversee accurate dispensing, verification, and patient counseling using our web-based platform integrated with tele-pharmacy services.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate with remote tele-pharmacists for efficient operations.
• Provide clinical services, including medication therapy management (MTM), immunizations, and patient education to improve adherence and outcomes.
• Monitor inventory, controlled substances, and quality assurance processes.
• Build relationships with local providers and patients to support rural community health revitalization.
• Contribute to innovative initiatives, such as positioning the pharmacy as a hub for tele-health-enabled care.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations, staff scheduling, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist license (or eligibility for licensure).
• 2+ years of community/retail pharmacy experience preferred; experience in rural or underserved settings is a plus.
• Strong interest in tele-pharmacy, clinical services, and pharmacy innovation (beyond traditional retail).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relocate to or reside in the Childress/North Texas area (relocation assistance available).
