10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role with a focus
on supplier management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Great project management and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive
relationships.
Proven track record of managing suppliers and improving supplier performance.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in supplier management.
Ability to travel as required.
Time management skills, with the ability to separate the important tasks from the noise
Sense of urgency, with the ability to work well under pressure and complete tasks on-time
MS Office (including Excel, Word & Outlook)
Software operation and data entry skills
Possess a valid Real ID drivers license, and clean driving record.
Ability to pass Air Force background checks
Physical stamina to perform regular duties, including
o Lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds
o Stand for long periods of time
o Crouch, bend, and reach
