An employer in oil and gas is seeking a CygNet SCADA Analyst to join the team in Carthage, Tx. This person will be designing, implementing and testing with CygNet SCADA. They will implement and support upstream SCADA systems, create DTF's within CygNet for multiple device types, develop template screens with data driven by facility attributes and meta-data. This person will troubleshoot communications within CygNet, support CygNet for the day to day operational changes from coworkers, implement and support CygNet FMS, and utilize the suite of CygNet utilities. Experience with CygNet for Production framework, data-model, and screens. This person must have a strong understanding of control theory as applied to process control systems and a general general understanding of the following: all engineering disciplines, industrial control and I/O hardware, and networking and communication infrastructure. They will also plan and execute factory and software acceptance testing.

3+ years experience developing and supporting CygNet SCADA systems
Experience configuring and setting up remote devices to communicate with SCADA system
Experience Installing and configuring CygNet sites and configuring client connectivity
Experience designing, implementing, and testing with CygNet SCADA
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
Experience with CygNet API scripting, .NET development and object-oriented programming and/or ability to read and understand scripting
Must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and functional skills with the ability to multi-task and be willing to learn.
Must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively, take direction, work well in a team environment, and interact with all levels of management, engineering, systems, operations and field personnel.
Bachelors degree in engineering from school of engineering and technology or technical institute or 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
