Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Front Office Coordinator for a family practice clinic based in Carrollton, TX. This is an onsite, full-time opportunity supporting a small medical office that needs immediate coverage. The clinic is looking to bring someone on ASAP.
This role will support day-to-day front office operations, including patient check-in, phone coverage, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a medical office environment and is comfortable juggling phones, patients, and paperwork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet and check in patients upon arrival
-Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
-Review patient files and ensure documentation is accurate
-Collect and process patient payments
-Perform filing and light administrative tasks
-Assist providers with copies, records, and miscellaneous requests
-Support front office workflow for a team of providers and staff
-Step in to assist as needed in a fast-paced clinical environment

-Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting
-Front office, administrative, or patient-facing experience
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask and manage phones, patients, and paperwork
