Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant/ Accounting Manager / Controller to join our electrical contracting client's team. As the Controller, you will act as the financial steward of our client's company, overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reports, compliance with legal regulations, and the implementation of effective financial strategies and controls. Your role will cover a broad range of financial functions including cash forecasting, preparation and review of profit and loss statements, balance sheet reconciliations, financial job reviews, and more. Your expertise in accounting principles, proficiency in relevant software, and experience in the construction industry will be pivotal in driving our client's financial planning and decision-making.

* Bachelors degree in either finance, accounting, or a related field
* 6+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably with a manufacturing background
* 3-5 years of Controller or Accounting Manager experience
* Proficient in Microsoft in Excel
* NetSuite, Quickbooks, and Paylocity Experience
