Job Description

The Teamwear Associate will be a key member of the Workplace team, supporting daily storefront operations and ensuring a positive employee experience when distributing Teamwear apparel. This role works closely with the Teamwear Coordinator to maintain store coverage, support inventory processes, and ensure efficient execution of the Teamwear program. The position will assist with day-to-day store operations, maintain accurate inventory records, support apparel distribution, and help ensure the storefront remains organized and well-stocked while collaborating with internal teams to support Teamwear-related needs.

What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day storefront operations, assisting employees/stakeholders with requests, questions, and basic support tasks
Maintain organized and accurate records through daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks
Assist with receiving shipments, verifying deliveries, and stocking inventory or supplies
Ensure the operational area remains clean, organized, and properly merchandised
Follow established processes for distribution, record keeping, and tracking to maintain consistency
Partner with the Coordinator to support operational needs, including restocking, audits, and program updates
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all users
Expected pay rate is $25.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail when managing inventory, records, and tasks
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining accuracy
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) for basic tracking and communication
Strong communication and customer service skills when assisting employees and collaborating with teams
Ability to follow established procedures and contribute to daily operational workflows
Experience in retail operations, inventory support, operational environments, or similar roles is a plus
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed
